DACA News on January 22, 2019
The Supreme Court on January 22, 2019 indicated that it would take no action on the recent lower court rulings regarding DACA for now. This may be the last opportunity for the Court to hear this case in this term as it has a full calendar and normally doesn't hear cases in the summer. The lower court rulings had blocked President Trump from ending DACA. Now that there is no action from the Supreme Court, this means that persons with DACA may have the DACA protections for several more months.
